Day 101

Waking up pretty late we had coffee, showers and some breakfast before parting ways with our new friend Bell, and her dogs- Gobbles and the the giant Homer.

Setting out we cursing through the miles. The weather was warmer than anticipated, but we motored through the day. Before we new it we hit Sierra City town line. Here we noticed a bunch of thru-bikers around an inn named The Red Moose. Curious we walked up.

This place was amazing! The couple, Bill and Margret, closed their restaurant for hiker season to cater only to bikers. We camped out in the most scenic backyard yet, they cooked us ribs, laundry and showers were free. After catching up with our comrades, having dinner and relaxing we fell asleep while wild animals brushed all around us.

Between the last two sets of trail angels back-to-back it is a smooth transition back to the trail.
